from what i tell by the screenshots that you used the polygon scfi pack which costs 120 US dollars however even with a game budget that high the game doesnt look good. i once made a game with a 110$ budget and it is pretty well.
heres a tip for making a good game: add more levels and storyline.
The FPS microgame is intentionally made for beginners, there's nothing wrong with making something with it and sharing it. Also your comment doesn't make much sense. I said the exact opposite of it: he stole absolutely nothing because of the reasons I mentioned before.

you might be mistaken here. many new indie developers use the same assets. for example yandere dev did not create the anime assets
